I guided the Management Committee within Meridian Risk Solutions Ltd to adopt the Broking System Morning Data provides in September 2010. We worked with Morning Data and commenced Training and went live three weeks early in December 2011. We have never looked back, the Company has a Broking System that every single employee uses in every Division and at an affordable cost for a Broking House. Meridian carried out the migration and training with ease using Novus and with such great support from all at Morning Data. In August 2011 the Company committed and upgraded to eNovus and this was the icing on the cake! The system looks and feels professional, the ability to search in various different screens at one time and see this all on the one page is fantastic. Meridian are progressing and using eNovus for the QUOTE function and therefore assisting the RISK, TRANPT, CLAIMS, functions avaliable. The Company has recently committed to the new services avalible SHIPPING DETAILS and SANCTIONS CHECKING. Not only does eNovus assist the Broker / Claims / Account's and Policy Divisions it is now becoming a vital tool with assisting the Compliance Division. The service provided from Morning Data is excellent, their communication, turnaround response time is fantastic. They are always happy to assist with any queries we have and if unable to provide immediate help will always resolve as soon as possible. The knowledge of all of Morning Data's employees is developing, this is a credit to them and the Company, this is extremely helpful when assisting us to develop eNovus within the Company. Morning Data always take on board any queries we have or any if we have any ideas to assist in improving the system they really do act upon this. For the first time our imput has been listened too and this is very refreshing. Kirstin and her team work extremely well with all our colleagues and are extremely reliable. Morning Data have also provided a system that allows Novus to be avaliable 24/7 via the web, therefore this is vital for the Company, in the event we experience a disaster and lose our Server Connection all employees can continue to use the Broking System, this is tested weekly and fantastic element we now have. I can stongly reccomend Morning Data and for those who worry with the Company being located in Dorset distance is not a problem at all. Kirstin is in London weekly and the strong team located in Dorset are excellent and have never been disappointed. Meridian will continue to work with Morning Data to develop eNovus further and with their support the Company continue to have a Professional, Reliable Broking System.
